 credit provided to 15-20 small farmers of the project area;
 assistance in getting maximum rates of crops by selling them at the market instead of selling the standing crop to the middle-man
 change in pattern of cropping
 shift to organic and sustainable methods of farming
 consciousness of environmental issues
 awareness on socio-political issues
 strengthening relationship with line departments and other government departments
